  • Sounds like the old VS and that's a beautiful thing!

Fans of the original Veruca Salt will not be disappointed. This album is true to the original sound but there are still some surprises for long term fans. I'm so happy they got back together! Stand outs for me are Prince of Wales, Lost to me, Black and Blonde, I'm telling you now, and Alternica (be patient and wait for the second half is a triumph!)
  • Still rocking!

Where have you been? Glad you're back! Ghost Notes is great. Not a weak track. This is one I want in my personal library. I can listen all I want on Apple Music, but I'm also buying it to support this great band even better!

You rarely find an album these days where it's worth buying the whole thing. This is an exception. Start to finish, this is a great album, perhaps the best work the band has ever done.
  • Great comeback album

Not only is this an excellent album all the way through, but I just saw them live, and they might even be better than the 90's.

Mid 90s Veruca Salt stood out in my cassette collection as being the only non hip hop group. They were the soundtrack to many trips back in the woods in a beat up Tercel hatchback as we drank and smoked under the stars. Thanks for the trip down memory lane Veruca Salt. I’ll keep this close for when the kids get a bit too demanding and I need to angst rock a bit.
