I’ve had this CD for a while now, and it’s still on constant rotation in my car and iPod. The moment you hear the first smooth chord of the first song, “Floating,” you’re immediately transported to your own little world. The stresses of everyday life disappear, and all kinds of emotions are affected. This album will make you feel love, loss, happiness, mellowness, inspiration... everything! It’s a cool soundtrack for your life. My favorites are “D&A” and “Blue.” “D&A” has a little kick to it. It’s awesome for driving around fast in the middle of the night. “Blue”-- a gorgeous combination of George Gershwin and Pink Floyd-- is a must for every after-hours mix. The first 30 seconds will get you to exhale deeply and relax. After that, it’s all up to you... and maybe a friend. Chris Field’s music is so timeless and beautiful, it'll never get old. It’s certainly a welcome relief from the current barrage of cookie-cutter trash that we hear on the radio.

Discovered this CD while going through Borders in Orlando after test listening to about 100 CD's. This is truly a great CD. Discovered it about 2 weeks before going to Tahoe skiing. It all fits beautifully! Highly recommended whatever pretty scenery you are looking at (or wanting to look at). It serves as great music, if you are into music that makes you feel like it's the soundtrack for your life.
