A great, mellow Christmas album by a fantastic band. Perfect for when the snow is falling outside and you're sipping on some spiced cider. "It's Been Christmas Here" is one of the few songs that really hit all the right notes in my heart. Nice, relaxing, beautiful vocals.

The production, vocals, and songwrititing are all together tight and professional. However it is extremely generic. All the songs sound like one long song...not much to differentiate one from the other. The singer does having something sweet and a familiar warmth to her tone (a bit reminiscent of early Michael Jacksons voice in "She's Out of My Life"), yet she is need of better songs to sing. I give it three stars because it is a good buy for backround Christmas songs over cocktails. You can drink your eggnog with no chance of interrupting your conversation to say, "Hey who sings this song?"

They offer nothing unique, and Erica's dime-a-dozen voice is less than inspiring. Too bad the new band name wasn't indicative of a new level of musicianship and songwriting.

Erica's voice is mesmerizing, and the way the bring the entire song together is so beautiful. It is heartbreaking knowing that you can't hold on to something so beautiful forever. The EP is absolutely awesome. The only downfall is that it is so short!!! The EP is such a tease. I love Blondfire. Awesome stuff.

Beautiful music, beautiful lyrics, and a beautiful voice, it's a shame all music isn't like this. Less rocking than their other recorded work, but well worth a listen. This band is so dynamic and this EP is perfect fireside company for a cold snowy day. A+

I absolutely love Blondfire, Erica's voice is so mesmerizing. This EP is great for the holidays and well worth the money. You should go and check out their other songs, they're amazing as well.

This CD, though short, is definitely worth the money. It's only 4 tracks long, which is a bit disappointing. I check back on this artist a lot to look for a new release, and my excitement at the appearance of this was cut down a bit by the length. But enough about that. The tracks themselves are written very well, and the vocals are stellar. I always feel like in their live performances, the songs come across a little sad, on account of the vocals. That doesn't detract from the beauty of the individual pieces, but on a christmas album it is slightly sub-par. On the whole, very nice job to Blondfire!

This group can do no wrong...first as Astaire and now as Blondfire, this brother and sister group are a rare find this day in age...in a musical landscape filled with pre-fabricated commodities it's good to know that for some people it's still all about the music...so check out this precious jem of a holiday record and rest assured that this talented group will be around for a long, long time...and yes! that is a very good thing....MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
