This is a wonderful collection of tunes. Though I did not know all their sources at the beginning, I found myself singing along with most of them. I just recently got Marc's Cat Companion which helped fill in the gaps for me.The humor is just enough without being overbearing or silly. I also enjoy its limited instrumentation which provides an ale-house ambience. Being owned my a cat, I have found that most of the humor of the CD is near to reality. For me the stand out tunes are Lord of the Pounce and The Cat Came Back. This is great music to kick back and have a laugh or two, if you can get the cat off your lap long enough to push the play button.

Marc is incredible. All these songs are inspired lunacy. I've either sent the link or bought this album for 5 of my friends. I've never done that before. I hope he does some of these songs on the next Brobdingnagian Bards album. I wonder if he's figured out a way to cat the leprechaun or the Star Wars drinking songs.

Hurrah! An album that combines two of my loves - Irish drinking tunes and cats! I especially like Lord of the Pounce and The Mining Ship the Red Dwarf. Free downloads on his website led me to purchase this album - I'm glad I did.

I really enjoyed the podcast he produced for cat lovers and I think that his cd should be sold at every PETSMART across the world. My favorite is "black is the color of my cat's fur". He demo-ed that song on one of his podcasts and it was hilariously amazing. I am a fellow cat lover and I can safely say, you'll enjoy it as much as me and my cats did.

I love this CD. It is humorous and completely captures the attitude of cats. If you are a cat person or know someone who is let them hear this CD. My favorites are When Kitty Eyes Are Smiling and Lord of the Pounce. If you get only one CD for your cats...make it this one.

I knew Marc first as fellow Bard and now as a fellow Cat Lover, too. I should of adopted this CD a lot earlier than I did. I love it all! Buy a copy for yourself and 10 copies for your friends. :-)
