    These meditations are my new go-to for relaxation and restoration! No joke...I used the five minute restoration in my car in a long line at Dunkin Donuts before work. By the time I got my coffee I was totally unstressed and ready to begin my day! I walk with the walking meditation and it helps me so much! I am beginning to really appreciate how much a twenty minute meditation can change my whole outlook on my day. Thank you so much Dr. Kabala! Great apps!!!!

    I've been looking for a really good meditation CD and this one is by far the best. the lady's voice is not annoying like so many-- it is soothing and just the right tone. The music isn't cheesy. The meditations give the right amount of direction and silence. Five stars!

    This CD is like getting free therapy. It is so relaxing, especially the muscle relaxation exercise that put me to sleep when I woke with insomnia. The meditations are really helping me slow down, relax, and be in the moment with my kids. Bonus is that it puts my one year old to sleep everynight. :)

    I took a chance on this as I have suffered from anxiety and insomnia for years and my doctor recommended meditation and wow- this woman's voice is so soothing and relaxing that when I did the first meditation, it actually put me to sleep within minutes. It's especially good if you're new to meditation like me and like the guidance. The music is really nice too- complements the voice and doesn't overwhelm.
