When I heard Mark was doing this project, I was quite excited. Let me assure you, the finished product does NOT disappoint. If you love instrumental worship music, especially on piano, this is definitely for you. Mark’s music is a gift to the body of Christ, and he has proven that once again with this collection. Intimate instrumental worship songs/hymns stripped down to just simple piano with a couple other soft instruments sprinkled in between. Perfect for prayer and quiet times when you just want to be shut away in God's presence. Also great for the early morning when driving to work - It keeps you calm around all the crazy traffic! :) Don't let the word "simple" fool you - Pastor Mark Condon is an AMAZING pianist, and from one musician to another, he has a lot of slick chords and progressions that makes the songs stand out from the standard hymns you hear. It was an absolute pleasure & honor working & playing with him and would do it again in a heart beat! Overall just a great album for yourself and as a gift to others - well worth the money!
