In 1976 I was a GI deployed over-seas when this album (in the days of big vinyl albums) came out. I had never heard of them but I bought a copy, took it back to the barracks and listened to it on a small folding RCA record-player through a giant pair of Koss headphones. I fell in love with it immediately. Clean pure music, not overly produced, and emotion that really comes through. 70s Nashville country rock at its best. To this day remains one of my all-time favorite albums. For a long time it slipped through the cracks in the transition from analog to digital and had completely disappeared from the market. I am glad to see it available again in a digital format. If you’re in to good clean music and not just following popular trends, you’ll love it.
