Boys Night Out

Boys night out is a great CD oakRidgeBoys make their show so awesome The oakRidgeBoys have had over 35 hits over the years and this CD offers a live version of 14 of the best. But over the years the OakRidgeBoys have made lots of new albums but done in their studio with good sound this album was not and was recorded outside making their voices sound odd at sometimes like in songs like make my life with you and Bobby Sue And in Duane Allen's solo versus he some times it sounds a little old so in some parts it sounds nothing like the OakRidgeBoys they are still great singers but in this certain album the sound was not very good and American-made seem to be a little slow but other than that the album was great and has catchy songs I definitely recommend the cd it's only natural if you enjoyed this one

Sounds so great with the Mighty Oaks Band. It really captures the excitement of an actual concert. I prefer to be there with them, but this will be just fine in the meantime! Duane Allen's added yeahs, ooo's, and ahhhs gives me the chills. Just love these guys, they are the real deal, 41 years and going strong!

The "Oaks" have been together over 40 years now and do plenty of road work every year (over 150 dates annually, I believe). So they've had lots of time to turn their stage act into a well-oiled machine. It certainly shows. I was particularly pleased to hear "Make My Life With You," as I don't think I've heard them perform it live for a very long time. This album will definitely scratch the itch of a longtime ORB fan who can't make it to a live show as often as they would like, but I would probably recommend a greatest hits album (or the "Collection" release) to someone who is new to the group (good grief, where ya been?!). After you get acquainted with the music, make it a point to see the Boys on stage. Then you'll want to take this album home as a reminder of what it's like to be in the presence of living legends who know how to show a crowd a good time.

Great to hear these guys back & recording their songs for the fans. The shows are incredible and everyone deserves a chance to sit back with drink in their hand and re-live these moments:-) THANKS, BOYS!!!!

What a collection- Have loved the Oaks all my life :)

The Oaks studio tracks are awesome, but hearing a live rendition completely changes the feeling of the music. This live album captures that energy!!! So good!!!

Wow! Nothing can compare to actually being at an Oak Ridge Boys concert, but this comes pretty close. I will just close my eyes and imagine I'm at one of their shows while I listen. I LOVE IT!

This is a great choice of songs for a live album! I'm happy they included Make My Life With You! The Oak Ridge Boys always put 100% into everything they do, and this is no different! It is a must have!
