This is not a bad CD for the new/early House-listener. I hate itunes, i never shop here(except in this one instance). Itunes Music Store™; Is by far to closed minded and ignorant in its limited repetoire, of already limited music. Anything outside of the 4 mainstream genre's(actually 3 if including the rock-pop subgenre) are scarce. Let alone of any reasonable quality.(From a production standpoint) Anyways i bought a single song from the CD; i couldnt really find anywhere else. Most songs on this CD certainly have the "hyped-up-clubbin-energy" feel, but lack actual interesting and even in tune harmony's. Most songs are quite repetitious; but easily compare to most bassless out of tune hip hop. A lot of the songs are meant as fillers, and NOT meant for actual arrangement and production breakdown and alaysis. This is not really an album i would "recommend" 6.5/10 from me

An eerie combination of a good beat, flashing lights, well-mixed music, perhaps a little haze, and a throng of beautiful people. All of these are required to send me to the dance floor. But as I thumbed through the music on this CD, I didn't have to try hard to imagine that the dance floor was right here. I even remember dancing to some of these songs in the past couple of years. These songs are fluid, easy to move to, and some of them are even reminiscent of fun evenings out. JJ Flores and Steve Smooth will definitely be spending some time at the top of my party playlist.

House music is probably my favorite genre and I'm really enjoying the new rock-tinged trend going on in current mainstream house with artists like Annie, Junior Jack, and Le Tigre. JJ Flores is one of the best of the bunch and this album serves as a nice way to sample his sound. I personally prefer his remixes of other artists' work over his original compositions, but this album is quite good in its own right. "Let Me Live" is probably the best track presented on this collection. However if this sort of thing appeals to you, I highly recommend checking out Flores' remix of Milky's "Be My World"- which is, in my opinion, his best work to date.

This is a killer album, full of the kind of stuff people love to dance to. Sort of like a mix between Basement Jaxx and Los Amigos Invisibles, I guess. As a DJ, I can honestly say that I'd play every track twice at any club. This keeps the beats rollin'!
