A masterful insight to the voiceless thoughts of the perfect lover. A song sang by a man who’s clearly been gifted with talents above and beyond. Thank you Mr. Jackson Brown 🦋

I love Jackson Browne, and these songs are wonderfully recorded. But the timing is very choppy. I understand that it's a recording at a concert, but between songs dialog doesn't match, it's cut and spliced, and choppy. You hear him strumming his guitar and talking and then it suddenly stops and goes into a song with a piano. There is no fluency. That may not have been avoidable, but honestly I have heard other live albums with better fluency than this one. I am still glad I bought the album. But just not impressed with the fluency of it.

I saw Jackson do his solo acoustic tour two months ago and I was elated to find out that there were solo acoustic albums available. I bought this and volume 2 and I was not disappointed! The concert was one of the most moving and engaging shows that I have ever seen and these albums capture that perfectly. I would highly recommend these albums. If you have never heard these versions of Jackson Browne's songs you are in for a real treat! :-)

Could this be any better! I love him so much! Perfect selection of favorites. Humor is classy. You can really appreciate his guitar & piano talents. Super rapport with audience! I can't hear this album enough!

Very intimate setting sounds great. The Barricades of Heaven and Birds of St. Mark sound amazing. Most of the other songs work well too, and inbetween banter is pretty funny.

Well, I still recall the summer of '72--as if it were yesterday. I was building my first car and I was 15, living with my family in Long Beach... and listening over and over to the hits Doctor My Eyes and Rock Me On the Water on KLOS. I knew Jackson was from Anaheim and performed regularly in the area; I considered him "a local talent". As with so many others, Jackson's music went on to become the soundtrack to my life and I've since seen him countless times in concert. I've always found it remarkable how he doesn't seem to age, and like a fine wine he just mellows and gets better as time goes on. I saw him last year during his acoustic tour, and with all the years of memories it was a fitting musical continuation of this journey we call life. It was an unforgettable concert and the two Solo Acoustic albums capture it well. Getting these albums is a must for your JB collection...

These solo acoustic albums are must-haves for those of you who spend a lot of time driving or who like to have music playing in their house at all times. The songs are soothing, insightful, and never offensive. The songs and their messages are pure and true. Jackson Browne is a master songwriter and his performance and delivery are genuine. You will not regret taking the time to browse his music!

I have always enjoyed Jackson Browne's talent. He is like so many in the entertainment industry, that I call idiot-sevants. Shut-up and sing Jackson. "Chances are you're just as upset as I am about the recent election". Even in a popular vote worthless Kerry lost, so mathmatically, chances are you're wrong. Don't alienate half of the very people that have afforded you a very comfortable life bozo, and stick to what you know.
