I'm a HUGE AMY GRANT FAN. If Amy's ever close by (with Amy.... Close by is driving up north of Cali! I live in la basically, AZ, NV Or Utah.
So recently went to the life together tour and Amy brought Ellie Along with Nichole. I love Nicole BUT.... I knew nothing of Ellies Work.
She STUNNED me while she was on stage doing her songs. Her stage presence is infectious! She is soooo energetic and full of passion.
I love her voice. It's alto, and kinda raspy in a GREAT WAY!!!!
Buy this Album. She also has two EP,s with great songs as well. Ellie is awesome!!! Amazing Music and Lyrics and Authentic, beautiful voice. I'm a fan for as long as I live😇 Ellie has made it into my list of artists I want to see over n over again. That list has been at only 3 artists for over 20 years. Ellie has bumped it up to 4!!! I loved Ellie's voice so much when she sang years ago on the Traveling Light compilation CD. When I heard Broken on XM Radio today, I downloaded the CD right away and was delighted to discover that Miss Ellie Bannister is now Mrs. Ellie Holcomb. This album is immediately memorable and delightfully listenable. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the simple joy of beautiful lyrics beautifully delivered. Blessings Ellie. I first heard Ellie touring with Andrew Peterson last Christmas, and am amazed by her talent! My favorite song will forever be "May the Words" but I promise this album does not disappoint! Well done Ellie! Nashville loves you :)
