*waves hands around* hey, it's way better over here. Bobby Black knows a thing or two about stoner rock and he nails it on this compilation. So many solid bands. A most perfect mix. Gas Giants starts off the Cd quite nicely. Never heard of them...awesome tune. Super sweet that we have a mix that contains such heavy weights as: Clutch, Nebula, Orange Goblin, High on Fire, and freaking C.O.C. (super rad that C.O.C. dropped what seems to be a demo version of "It is That Way" that later appeared on their full length "In the Arms of God." Whether you've just stubbled upon this awesome land of underground rock, or you're a long time old school supporter of the scene, you all deserve to pick this one up. Just leave it in your car, or basement CD player, whatever works. It's a staple.

high times is for morons who think they are cool by by advertising to people around them they smoke weed. but this is a good cd.

Out of the hundreds of CD's I have, this is my favorite compilation - I love every song. Bobby Black from High Times Magazine put his heart into making this compilation and music is definately his passion. The bands are not all well known, but you will definately be hooked and want more - hopefully he will be able to continue to put out complilations of some of the best bands that I have ever been turned on to.. Pure stoner rock with so much power; a plethora of psychadelic, heavy and raw songs. Just sit back and relax because you will be lost in these songs - whethrer you are stoned or not!
