In the best tradition of singing/songwriting, Harper offers up sweet tenor guitar licks, compelling lyrics, and toe-tapping tunes. His vocals are complex and range from soothing (Can't Stop Now) to disturbing (Why Love Does What it Does) This sweet debut has me listening over and over, and looking forward to what's on the horizon.
