Truly one of Neil's greatest albums. "Harvest Moon" is pure heaven. It's simplistic and touching. The whole album resonates about simpler times. Long live Neil Young!

Bought this album on CD before there were iTunes. Woke up in the middle of the night finally remembering the song unknown legend. This albums sinks into your bones and the recesses of your mind. Also has the best song about a dog in King. Get the album.

Without question one of his ‘most beautiful’ albums. One of these Days, You and Me and Harvest moon are just that. Beautiful songs with emotive lyrics and melodies. Thank you Neil.

This album is one of Neil's best. Called a sequel to 1972's "Harvest", this album is arguably a better album. The songwriting shows a more mature, less cynical Neil. The music is more mellow, as if he's at peace with the world. The backing vocals from Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor, Nicolette Larson, and Neil's sister Astrid provide a more polished, almost heavenly addition to the album. The album starts off with two of Neil's finest works with "Unknown Legend" and "From Hank To Hendrix". "You and Me" draws from "Old Man", while the title track is a beautiful reminder of times past. "Old King" is a tribute to a dog who has passed away. "One of These Days" is a lovely ballad and "Dreamin' Man" is a haunting track. Overall, one of NY's finest works and a must have for fans of Neil Young as well as lovers of music.

Played this while my friend passed away in my arms. It was his favorite album. He danced to this with his wife when she was alive and I had to have a copy for myself. Most beautiful mellow songs. A treasure!

This album is a must have for any Neil fan. These songs here are beautiful, heart felt and unforgettable. If you don't believe me, listen to Harvest Moon, From Hank to Hendrix, and Natural Beauty. It's easy to get misty eyes listening to these lyrics.
