this album never really got the recognition it deserved. the songs are deep and meaningful and each song packs it's own punch. While they may be comparable to 10 years and a perfect circle, this is no reason to drain their efforts and musicianship from them. and to the people saying they are like tool.....really? even a perfect circle sounds way different than tool. music like this is hard to come by today, and even 7 years later this album still holds its ground. the new album is more radio friendly, but of your gonna get anything by them, pick this up you won't go home empty handed.

I don't see the idea that people think they sound like Tool or APC, they sound more like Crossfade to me. And just because of the similar sound does not mean you should hate 32 Leaves. Most of the songs are really good, even Interlude to Addiction is amazing. I don't like All is Numb much though, with the exception of the guitar solo at the end. Recommended tracks: Sudden Change, Blood on My Hands, Never Even There, Your Lies, Interlude to Addiction, Makeshift, Overflow, Deep Breath

the lyrics are so amazing to me, kinda reminds me of chevelle, but way more upfront. Can't believe this band isn't more popular.

This is the first review I have written on iTunes... As mentioned in an earlier review, if it wasn't for siriusxm radio, I would have never heard of this band. I just bought this album a week ago and it's already turning into one of my favorites. Standout tracks to me are wide awake, makeshift, and overflow. The songs are very well written and crafted perfectly. I've been constantly shaking my head while listening to this cd wondering how they didn't get more radio-play or more credit for this album... It's unbelievable how ignorant record labels are these days. If you're contemplating whether or not you should buy this album as I was, BUY IT, you won't be disappointed.
