I loved their first album. They relied on musical talent and song writing.
On this album they relied on studio equipment and synthesizers.

Not only are these songs beautifully written, but their depth is compelling. There are so many layers to these songs to fit any peace of mind.

Heartful music.
Homecoming Heroes and Cruel are just spectacular peices of work. Another Story and 1000 weights of gold are great as well

I absolutely love this album. I'm new to the band and this album was so polished and different from the first. This one's lyrics were way more intimate and real. I personally love the ballads such as Josh McBride, Fire/Fear, Another Story, and especially Gone. I feel that Gone was a great closer for this album. It's so soothing and soaring at the same times.
- TOO GOOD!

This album is amazing. The Head and the Heart are truly great. You should definitely buy this album. I've seen THATH live four times and they are just as perfect live.

Gone has to be one of the most beautifully written and performed pieces of music in a real long time. What a great way to close out a fantastic CD!
- Love this band!

I feel like this band doesn't get the credit it deserves. They are awesome! Love every song on this album. They are on the road constantly and put on a fantastic concert.

Their first album is AHMAZING. Sadly this album doesn’t quite follow in its footsteps. A few of these songs are precious gems to me: Gone, Another Story (oh my god this song…), 10,000 Weight in Gold. The rest don’t exactly manage to hit home. Personally, it’s just too “indie-folk gone-pop” but if thats your thing then this might be a gold mine. Seriously though check out their first album.
