can not get this song out of my head... and for once, I don't mind one bit. So very excited to hear the rest of the album!!

This is a great first single from a great album. The catchy melodies and instrumentation are sure to draw listeners in, old and new fans alike.

This guy came to my house to do a show for my big sister. At first, I wasn't that big of a fan, but after I heard him perform this song, I immediately went to download everything he's done as a solo artist. As amazing as his EPs are and his new album is turning out to be, he is an even better live performer. This song is really great and I can't wait to hear more from him.

I think this is some of William's best work yet! Fantastic song and I love the sound of it. He's come a long way since The Academy Is... And I love his solo work!!!

I've seen William twice on tour with Relient K and it's always a great time. This song is a good example. I'm exciting for the upcoming full length album as well!

William never fails to put out great shtuffs. He has a knack for words and is all around a great musician/singer/songwwriter/humanbeing. Met him once and he's a genuinely nice guy, as well. Can't wait for the full album!

William Beckett's first single off his upcoming LP "Genuine and Counterfeit" features powerful instrumentation behind the catchy lyrics and choruses Beckett is known for. Beckett has grown as a both musician and songwriter since his "The Academy Is..." days, and I believe both old and new fans alike will be pleased with his solo efforts. This song is a relatable anthem for those who understand what it's like to be a little bit 'different' and/or those that look past those differences to find kinship. Certainly worth a listen and purchase!
