Every song on this album is a home run. I've always thought Julian was incredibly talented as a musician and a songwriter, this album proves that he's like a fine wine, getting better with age. His best work yet.

Transcend the sound and let Julian take your mind to visit your inner being. Your soul will rejoice as you blend familiar sounds with the mastery of lyrics we have not hear anew in half a century. Enjoy !

I am extremely proud of Julian and this outstanding piece of storytelling and music. He has matured as an artist and his music has depth, meaning and beauty! Bravo Julian!
  • Parody

So painfully disappointed, music and chord progression, melodies, lyrics.. PREDICTABLE. Not certain if parodying self or heritage. So sad that I've become bored by Julian, he really has lost any creativity he had left. Sean however has become more of a musical craftsman than his older half brother, but sadly has a very thin voice and can't carry a career on that. Tame Impala is now my fav group and easily satisfies my "Lennon" fix, not just because the lead singer hauntingly sounds like John but the music is an adventure, unlike the droll that is on this album.

I just bought this album. I am a big fan of Julian. What an amazingly talented man. He reminds me SO MUCH of his Dad. I really think John would be really proud of him. Such a great album!!

If you love John Lennon then don't be surprised by his Son Julian's music. The effortless flow and word smithing John is famous far reaches across time with Julian's sensitivity and soft spoken activist point of view. I truly believe it will raise your consciousness when you listen. Speaking from the heart with beautiful instrumentation I was already feeling peaceful and part of something big! Thanks Julian for being true to yourself.

Such a long wait for new material from Julian Lennon...and how great it is to actually hear this new album. There are flashes of brilliance here. The best track I've found (so far) is Hold On, but at least five other songs are in that "must have" category. The arrangements and musicianship are fantastic. As I think they still say in the U.K., a right "jolly good show" and kudos to Mr. Lennon.
  • What a lukewarm 'Album Review' from Itunes for this great album.

Maybe that condescending 'Album Review' is meant to be helpful? Maybe meant to be controversial? intriguing? Who knows. I found it irritating. I bought the album but certainly not because of that obnoxious review. But if was intended to be obnoxious, then, "well done". I think in a matter of minutes I will forget all about the Itunes 'Album Review' and enjoy the great sounding tracks.
