Empyrean

I really like it, but I wish it was as heavy as the other albums.

As we enter these trying days we reach out for a new horizon " MECHINA has been found ! " If it was not for Music such as MECHINA I would be lost In Hope. Rise of The machines is who we are !

I was never even a fan of metal before this but now this is one of my favorite bands

This album is excellent and loads of fun to listen to, but I have some quarrels with it. The symphony sounds good and is obviously the star of the album but the "conventional" instruments seem to take the backseat, which is kind of a shame since there is so much potential for guitar/drum/vocal florishes in an epic like Empyrean. Speaking of the drums and guitar...their constant chugging throughout the entire album gets your blood flowing at first, but becomes old and uninspired. This being said, I would still recommend Empyrean to anyone who wants a taste of something different, metal fan or not. Like the other reviewers, I would also strongly recommend buying the entire album, as no song is great just by itself and needs the accompanyment of the whole album. You won't regret the purchase!

I am not a fan of death metal at all. But this... cannot be explained in words, how amazingly epic this is. If you are a fan of death metal then look no further. You just found your favorite band of all time. If you arn't then still take a look at this amazing work of art. Do not buy a single song. You must have the whole album to experience this to its maximum potential. Each song transitions to the next so perfectly that you cannot tell when the next song started and yet each song has its own unique touch to it. This is what music is supposed to be like. A true work of art, an amazing musical and poetic achievment.

Been listening to mechina for awhile now. They deserve so much more credit than they have received.. Especially with this album, which should absolutely BLOW AWAY any listener! Well done!!

This group is amazing!!! They need more exposure, brutal, and sometimes hauntingly beautiful.. Can't recommend them enough!!!
