  • Great Band

These cats opened of Ozzy in the winter of 1992. for the Theatre of Madness tour. That is where I first heard them. I went home and the next day went out and bought their album Ugly. What a great collection of songs. Ironicaly the following summer of 93 on the No More Tours tour I saw Ozzy again and Ugly Kid Joe opened for him. Years later both bands split up and rumors were flying that they had switched singers but I never heard any further info. Any way Buy the Ugly album it is great!!

I loved this band. There was something so special about them. I never could put a finger on it exactly but those of us that were around back then loved this band and always wondered why lots of people didn't get it. There were lots of fans for this band but to us there should have been millions more. I am glad to see that their catalog is available for younger cats to discover what made this band to special. Great tunes transcend the years and hopefully these will. Those first three albums are pure classic. So many of those songs are just untouchable. Dig in!!
