Maybe it's just me but the original forgotten carols was sung better than the 20th Anniv… theres more feeling in the orig… and better artists… or the artists r getting older and don't have the singing voices they used to I.E. the singer singing mary let me hold her baby… sounds completely different in either albums… the orig. being the better sung!! same goes for homeless:( i was disappointed in this one especially:( i'm not saying that it's not a good album, just that i'm glad the orig. is still available to purchase and download! maybe the bar was set too high on the orig.? or my expectations were to high? either way… i expect this kind of performance at the live show NOT on the 20th Anniv. Album! glad i listened to it first before trusting to just purchase it and like the performance of these beautiful songs! as always tho McClean give a great performance himself:)
