The song-writing is brilliant, and the pairing of vocals to instruments is perfect. The voice is absolutely amazing, and I hope we hear a lot more soon.

I went to see Django Django at The Music Hall of Williamsburg this week, and had the pleasure of seeing these guys open for them. WOW! They played an amazing set and I was immediately hooked. I bought the album at the venue that night. I've been listening non-stop ever since. You'll be doing yourself a favor if you check these guys out.

This album is really good, like what I was HOPING MGMT's second album would sound like, mixed with a little Tame Impala musicianship and some 70s soul in all the right places. The second half of the record is a medley, on the idea of Abbey Road's second side where the songs lead into each other, really well thought out and executed. One of the best debuts I've heard in a really, really long time, and I don't just throw stuff like that around.
