    I like the 92 version better they messed with the tempo in every song it is a lot different in a bad way

    yeah its good but.... i think the adelaide, sarah & nicely nicley are wayyyy better in the 1992 revival version of guys adn dolls. im also preparing for this show and hopefully a lead [sarah brown!] && i think the better verison to listen to is the 1992 revival version [: my favss : ill know, if i were a bell, marry the man today, ive never been in love before, sit down your rockin the boat [:

    This is a great CD. I really enjoy it. The sound is clean and the singers sound great too. My favorite song is Marry the Man Today. I would defiantly recommend it. :D

    everybody likes the 1992 version, and this version. BUY NEITHER. if you can go on Amazon, look up Guys and Dolls soundtrack to the MOVIE. The one with Frank Sinatra and Marlon Brando. no version of Guys and Dolls can beat that. It's absolutley magical

    If your preparing for a role in a production of Guys and Dolls, I recommend this album before any other. There's a 1992 recording, but I disagree that it's better. It IS more complete, but the vocal quality of the 1992 version is lacking (Some of the female voices are flat and in my opinion, Sarah Brown's voice is to harsh for the character). The spoken dialogue of this album is also much more expressive. If your looking for inspiration for how to portray your character, this is the best album.
