    Listening now it may not be apparent how groundbreaking and new this sounded in the mid-seventies--and not just the synth sounds. While there are a few spots that could have come right out of an Austin Powers film, most of this remains adventuresome and musically interesting. Having said that, it's Steve Gadd's drumming, and Michael Brecker's blowing in particular that make this groove.
