I really loved their first album, and this one revived that rockabilly punk sound, similar to early Clash albums. Bad Mood is a classic heavy rocker, my favorite on the album.
  • A little soft compared to previous knockout

"what did you expect' before this was a start to finish, once every few years, TKO. was looking forward to the follow up but will say it didn't turn me on. the vibe was soft, touchy-feely, almost thought it was a joke a few times. it would be tough to comeback with same caliber as previous but hopefully the next one will get back to some of the depth they're capable of.

The First 5 Songs are the best! but the others make the album only playable for the first 5 songs
  • Just what I expected from the Vaccines

Kids, this sound you hear is called Rock N' Roll. It was absent for many years, but not dead. The best record of 2012.
  • Holy crap.

I can't even express how much I love this band. Their first album was amazing and this one is no different. If you don't buy the whole album, we can't be friends.
  • The Vaccines are still in top form.

I love bands that stick to what made their music successful in the first place. Though I think What Did You Expect From The Vaccines still holds higher ranking over Come of Age, that doesn't mean I listen to the new tracks less than the ones off the last album. There are a lot of audio gems laid throughout the album like, "I Always Knew", "Aftershave Ocean", "Change of Heart Pt. 2" and "Teenage Icon". There are really so many good things I can say about this album and this band that don't even know where to from here, so just buy the album.

Love almost every song on this album. I do have the vaccines last one, too. Gotta say, I like this one better. It is different, but in a good way for my ear. Still got a punk vibe on some tunes, but as someone else said, a lot more of a 'rockabilly' sound. I feel the music & vocals are in total sync. It's like the music stepped back a bit to allow vocals to be heard, enjoyed, & flourish. Nice work guys.
