This is probably a top ten 70's album of all time and definitely T.Rex's best album. It's a perfect synthesis of stunning songwriting and brilliant recording!

I still have this on LP. Marc Bolan was a great talent. I remember listening "the Slider" as a young boy growing up in the early to mid 1970's. I still love this music today. God rules!
- Essential listening!

If you only buy one T.Rex album then you must make this the one. Standout tracks like Cosmic Dancer, the Motivator, Jeepster, God makes one wonder why this didn't quite catch on stateside. The bonus single only Hot Love is very catchy and you'll be humming it for days!

Still remember when this was released in the '70's. I'm 57 and it never gets old. I would definitely recommend the extended " Electric Warrior (Remastered)." Great stuff.
- Awesome album!!

Beside Bang A Gong, you have to check out Planet Queen, Mambo Sun, and The Motivator! All excellent tracks from the awe-inspiring Marc Bolan!
- Get this album!

From back when music was melodic and fun. Without any doubt in my mind, this is one of the preeminent albums of the 1970's. Mambo Sun is one of the most under-rated songs of all time in my opinion. And if you like this, get Sweet's Desolation Boulevard. Then if you haven't already (which is hard to imagine), get Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brick road, and what else do you really need?
It's hard to believe how much higher the bar was set back then, isn't it?
