After reading other reviews, I wasn't sure about springing for this, but I'm glad that I did. I would recommend listening to the sample first to make sure that you like her voice, I think it is soothing but I can understand how it could be annoying to some people.
Some of the tracks are similar, and they do include some background noise once you are relaxed. They usually make me fall almost alseep. There are a few annoying things that she says (like she tells you to put your hands on your stomach at the beginning, and then tells you do it again like 30 seconds later), but I got over it and now it's not so annoying.
I also had some accupuncture at my clinic, and where she has you focus was in line with where the needles went in for accupuncture, so she at least knows what she is talking about. I didn't do accupuncture this second time around, so it was nice to have a guided way to at least focus on the accupressure points while I relax.
Overall, I enjoy using them every night.
