This album has a great mix of songs, each of them with a natural feel.
Like a great microbrew, S. Joel Norman's sound has a great tone, body, and finish.
The sort of music that makes a good listen at any time, but goes best with your eyes closed and your headphones on.
The vocals, the instrumentals, everything is purposeful and rich.
Even the slow songs have an emotional energy behind them that keeps them moving forward with strength.
