Strange Neighbors - Single

The mouth breather above probably doesn't have the imagination let alone the brain cells to appreciate the beauty in "no singing" as he calls it and letting the music drown the words. "Strange Neighbors" is one of the most hauntingly beautiful songs I have heard in the past decade. I have waited and waited for this artist to release more material. Worth every cent!

There has been an unfortunate trend brewing in a lot of what falls into the indie music category. People not singing. I don't mean, "Not singing well." I mean not even singing period. They are technically opening their mouths and sound is coming out but it is this droning, breathy, background noise covered so deeply in haze that it is impossible to extract any sort of personality from. I would much rather hear bad singing with character than this. Too many, many bands are doing it. I encourage others to call them out.
