    This is a very good album from beginning to end. Catchy and addictive. I love all the songs particularly "Wildfire,""Falling White Flowers" and "Born Dreamer." Even the last one "Gone" is interesting in its deluge of rain... Something very honest and heartfelt about the writing.

    "Swear It Was A Dream" is my favorite Joe Firstman record since "War Of Women." While the two are vastly different in terms of style, "Swear It Was A Dream" shows Firstman's mastery of the direction he has taken his music in recent years. It is a record that can draw in a new listener while not failing to deliver the quality that seasoned Firstman fans have come to expect.
