so i know that Betty is a huge part of the musical chioces and so on for the show, but i think they should stick to selecting music, and NOT playing it..lol Just not a betty fan i guess....

Great soundtrack. I'm always looking for new (or rediscovered) music, and this satisfies. Also, track five is misnamed; the artist is Heart, and the song is "No Other Love" - not the other way around. iTunes, fix this please, because people, believe it or not, will get confused.

I love TLW and especially Season 2 ..I just became addicted to the Show in Jan 2006 and had to re-live what I missed out on since the beginning. While watching on DVD and listening to the music of "Just a little Loving" as Bette is 'misbehaving' with Candace the Carpenter just creates such a sensuous flow to the scene...This album is complimentary to the show in every aspect. I also had to mention listening to "Brother" reflects the scene of Carmen & Shane at the video shoot and their naughtiness wo! I loved it!!! This ones tha best!!!!

- I would pay an EXTRA $2 to NOT download the Betty crap.

Soundtrack compilations are a good way to get a taste of artists you may not hear otherwise -- for example, Season 1's soundtrack featuring the underplayed Kinnie Starr. But I guess you have to take the good with the bad, including Betty's MY FAVORITE THINGS-derivative theme song. Will someone sue them already for ripping off Rogers & Hammerstein?

I was looking forward to purchasing this album; it's a great compliment to a fantastic second season. One of my favorite parts about watching The L Word was hearing great music every episode, and this album just pays tribute to that. Favorite dance tracks on the album are "Mmmnn" by Grandadbob, and "Get On" by Dirtmitts. If you like the show and you're looking for an album that's just plain fun and "feel good," buy this one.
