Charlie

Austin Gibbs. I saw him with the Maine and I only heard a couple of songs then. So I wasn't really into. So I bought the cd and I love it to death. I don't see why he's not signed it's a shame because his music is AMAZING <3

i have never heard of austin gibbs before i saw him live opening for the maine, but i can honestly say his music is amazing. I can not stop listening to La La La and I like the ones. They are the best, but every single song is amazing!! love it <3

I waited until his show yesterday in Baltimore with Augustana and The Maine to buy "Charlie" (I wanted a physical copy) and I can honestly say it is one of the best albums I have ever bought. I have been a fan of him for over a year and this album was greatly anticipated. He is so sweet and talented. He is amazing

This album is one of the best i've heard in a long time. Austin's music has a honesty and rawness about it that not many musicians have these days. Collectively, this album flows amazingly. You start off with "Charlie", a slow, off-beat, yet perfect song that truly gets you hooked. You continue with some up-tempo fun rock songs that are as witty as they are catchy. Needless to say, I hope that everyone tells everyone about this album because it should not go unnoticed.

I don't normally leave reviews on here, but I can honestly say that this album is worth every single penny. Austin Gibbs is a brilliant musician and performer. I definitely recommend this album, as well as all of the ones prior to this one. I also recommend going to one of his shows if you get the chance...he and his perfectly groomed mustache won't disappoint.

A friend and I were listening to this album all day and we absolutely love it: it's so perfect! Austin has such a wonderful way with his lyricism and finding the perfect accompaniment to portray the story of the song. He has a story-telling quality to his songs that is so reminiscent to that of Johnny Cash and I appreciate his authenticism. I also appreciate that every single detail of this album was not overlooked and it was so well put together. I like to listen to the different instrumental parts (it's just a fun habit) and I can honestly say that they're all relevant and they're all so perfect. I love the way this was recorded and mixed, too. I think the band's musicianship and energy were captured and presented in such a beautiful way. I highly suggest purchasing this album; you will not be disappointed. Also, if you get the chance to catch them at a live show, don't pass it up! If you think their recordings are great, they're even better live performers! I've seen them twice and I cried the end of their set each time because they're so real and they're wonderful musicians. Support live music!

Austin Gibbs is one of the most talented musicans out today, he's passionate about what he does and yet he doesn't have a record deal!? That makes no sense considering all of the crap on the radio these days. It's sad that real talented artist like him don't get the respect that they deserve.

You seriously can NOT hate this album if you truly love rock. Most of these songs have a positive vibe to it but definetly ALL of them have amazing guitar and vocals. I recommend this to any who loves rock with some country feel to it.(:

So amazing, yet a bit different from the old music. LOVE IT.

His music is amazing! This is a definite must have on your iPod!
