If you are a fan of classic rock, Petra is right up there with , journey , foreigner , Styx and the rest . Great song writing and talent permeate this core group. I've been a fan for years .

Its ok but it sounds too much like the studio version. Probably because Greg actually did some lip-syncing because they were video taping the concert. I was there, and this doesn't do them justice. They are way better live with no technology!

Found this album by accident! I was looking for music from the 80's Christian rock bands like Allies and Sweet Comfort. Didn't think there was any new Petra to get and found this. Greg Volz sounds as awesome as he did back in the day, but the music has an edgier tone than the studio versions (agreeing with rkmm). An interesting trivia note - Volz was pegged back in the 70's to be the singer for REO Speedwagon, but turned it down for Petra. Anyway - this album is a no-frills, hard rocking album and well worth the $!

Hated it! Don't mess with the perfection of More Power to Ya on the original album. Was this even Greg X. Voltz??? It sounded like a bad cover group. Didn't even match the original vocal pattern on the song. Time to retire so you don't embarrass yourselves. Petra rocked before Shultz or whatever his name is! Love the old PETRA!

What is the point of this album again? It doesn't have a lot of a live character, and it's not much different from their last album "Back To The Rock" studio album (which was a 5-star!) … The two new songs (which are also found on the studio album) don't fit on both albums, too. Only buy this one if you are a real fan and like the live-versions. For me, this is a 3-star album, because of lack of innovation.

I just downloaded this and I've been listening to it over and over again just like the "Back to the Rock" studio album. Great work Petra! Keep it coming! I haven't been this excited about a band in a very long time. So great to have Petra back!
