Have been following Bloom since the Elected started out, and one of my favorite parts of going to see them was always staying off to the side and watching Mike play the guitar. What a nice surprise to find out he had a solo album coming out. Ordered it immediately and recognized a few of the songs from the demos a few years back; amazing what he did with 'Dry Land.' This whole album exceeded my expectations entirely; I was expecting a solid album, I wasn't expecting a great one. Best release of 2011, looking forward to what he has to offer in the future.

WOW great chill out music that has you waiting for the next one. I don't find many full length CD's that i listen to.. This is a true "Album" experience. i cant stop playing it.

Can't get enough of these late night (or early morning) heartfelt ballads...
Mike Blooms songs sooth the soul and stir what's inside.
I will be listening to this record for a long time to come, that is for sure.
Right now, I can't get enough of it !!! Mike Bloom is an artist that is here to stay !
