  • AWESOME … RAW … BLUES

The instrumentation, vocals and skills on display on this album are far above average. Pat Ramsey's incredible voice and harmonica skills are equally complimented by Julien Kasper's phenomenal guitar work. This band had a massive following in Northwest Florida in the early 1980s and for years their reunion shows were like a "Smith Family Reunion" (meaning: thousands of people celebrating a strong common bond). This album was recorded in an 8-track studio in Monticello, Florida and despite the fact it is not a Hollywood production, it is a very good production. You can't go wrong on this one if you love high energy blues and very soulful blues.
