"Get through this" is the best workout song. Peroid. Try to not push through an extra rep or quarter mile when listening to that song.

This band rocks, period. This album is great and each time I listen to it I only like it more. The guys in the band are so great - I've had the pleasure of meeting them several times at different shows. They really care about their fans. Buy this album you will NOT regret it!!!!

Great collection of Rock! Love every song. First saw Art of Dying last year at Uproar. Was very impressed, bought "Vices and Virtues" , and catch them in concert when ever I can. Can't wait for the next album!

This is without a doubt one of the greatest up and coming bands out there! A great sound and meaningful songs combine to make one awesome band. I love this album and I can't wait to hear more from them in the future. I am a Die Hard :) ♥

This is definitely the best album that I have bought in a very long time. Every single song on the album is great! There is no "filler" which is very unusual. Every song from the ballad Best I Can all the way to the hard rocking Get Thru This and You Don't Know Me could be number 1 hits. Additionally, I have seen this band live many times and they put their heart and soul into each live performance!! They also love their fans which is unusual these days!! Definitely the band to watch.

Not many albums capture me from the beginning but this one did for me. Great music writing, the lyrics are powerful and lead singers voice is powerful as well. Exactly what I like to hear :)

This album has me in love with 5 talented and in touch with their fans artists. Their lyrics touch my life no matter where I'm at. The music moves my soul and brings out parts of me that hide in corners waiting to come out and play. You won't be disappointed!!!

There are very few albums that reach out and grab you from the start. This is one of them. From the beginning to the end, each song is perfectly complementary of the ones before, and after. The range of both music and voice is phenomenal. This is definitely one of the best emerging bands in a long time. Although they're known overseas and in Canada, their recent US tours have put them squarely on the radar. The only thing that they could possibly do better, right now, is put their first album Art of Dying by Art of Dying on iTunes :).
