Patrick stump is my favorite human being ever! This is amazing! He is finally showing another side of himself and everyone seems to be hating on it. I just love this and Soul Punk and all the hate needs to stop! Patrick is an inspiration to many including me and I love this album maybe a little to much!<3

Honestly I love Patrick's voice these beats will grow on me after all that fall out boy on loop but I just think that the beats drown out his voice I can't hear it and I want to I am all for his new sound but he needs to tone it down so we can hear his voice I still love the new and the old style I just want to be able to hear his voice a little more but other wise well done Patrick

I've been a fan for at least a year. When I found out about Patrick's solo music I was ecstatic. Yes it is very different from FOB but this is Patrick not FOB. Patrick is such an amazing singer. His vocal range is so amazing. He's also so beautiful and nice. Great music👌🏻

Patrick is such an amazing singer, and I know I'm "discovering" this quite late, but it's amazing that he did all this, and he continues to amaze me in Fall Out Boy, and I'm glad that he did this during the hiatus to find himself. I don't care about what anyone else says– Change is what we must all go through, and Patrick did indeed change, but in the process he became better at what he did. Therefore, I give 5 stars. :)
  • Great music, people need to stop whining

"It sounds nothing like Fall Out Boy!" "I can't believe that this guy was in Fall Out Boy!" "Not nearly as good as Fall Out Boy!" These are things I am SICK of hearing about this EP and Soul Punk. It doesn't sound like Fall Out Boy because it ISNT Fall Out Boy ITS PATRICK STUMP! There's a difference! These are very well written, well produced, and well sung songs. If it's not your type of music, fine, I understand. But don't call it "disappointing" or "absolutely terrible" and then try to justify that dumb opinion from the fact that it doesn't sound like Fall Out Boy.

At first, I honestly didn't like this album, but it quickly grew on me as I kept listening to it and now I love it! Two of my favorite songs ever are on this album! Spotlight (Oh Nostalgia) and Big Hype!

Just because he wasn't in Fall Out Boy when he did this doesn't mean it has to sound just like he did then! I love this album and songs like Spotlight!!! Thanks Patrick for giving this to us!!!

First off stop hating on him for doing what he wants to do. I bet half of you guys are Hippocrates that complain about people bullying you for doing what makes you happy and yet here you are doing the same to Patrick. Anyway the only thing I really have to say is that even though both versions are golden (ayyyy) I prefer this version of "Spotlight" on the EP rather than the actual Soul Punk album. So yeah newcomers check both versions out and see for yourselves.
