Only song I like off of here is SCS's Everybody Wants to Rule the World, which I love! :) They really made it special. And although I love OTR, Bad Romance was just okay.

they're all talented, but committed was , by far, the absolute BEST. On the rocks and 11th hour weren't as good though.... Explains why they got out early. OTR kept on going off tune and beat... Ughh, but the visual effects almost made up for that.... Committed was great all season. Good thing they won:) Whoo! Groove for thought was REALLY good with the sharps, but they kept singing similar songs and stayed in their own vocal bubble (and the main girl singer got off tune for one song). Everyone else was amazing, but committed beats them all. Great vocalists, lead singers, beat boxers. They blended extremely well together, and were just amazing.

I didn't see the first season of this, I wish I had. But to finally have some great recorded A Capella stuff is amazing! Hope to buy the whole album here, plus the future ones. However, I do agree with mixdan that they should get better recordings. It comes from NBC for goodness sakes.
  • Not judging the groups, just the quality!

COMMITTED! No other group even comes close in my mind, there amazing! i love the group, but absolutly hate the quality, and that cheering!! ugh...i can do that by myself...if i wanted to hear a studio audiance i would just strap myself down to a chair and force myself to suffer through an episode of "2 and a half men" ...but i would MUCH RATHER listen to Committed!

The Backbeats really blew me away. They have the best vocal percussionist and bass of all the groups and their lead singer is phenomenal. They definitely have the depth to go all the way. Jeremy Lister from Street Corner Symphony also finds ways to blow me away with his voice. Committed also is very good, but they are definitely better as a group hitting the harmonies than alone with individual voices.
