Different than what I typically listen to but I'm loving the rhythmic and melodic vibes this record provides!

Great melodies and rhythms - reminds me of some great '80's and synth pop. Deep & insightful lyrics as well for students of the metaphysical.

I heard this track emanating from the background of a cheesy Grey's Anatomy episode (what can I say, I'm a good husband) and suddenly their was this heavenly sound reminiscent of something New Wav-ish coming through the speakers. My head popped up from slumber like a dog who has spotted a squirrel. I immediately googled and discovered Mackintosh Braun. As if the music and captivating melodies were not enough, the spiritually enlightening lyrics completely blew the lid-off. Kudus on a magnificent creation. As a fellow musician and Multi-Platinum Producer and Recording Artist, you gave me something to aspire to. Thank You.

Been a fan since hearing The Sound 3 years ago, and I love the new one immediately. Excellent stuff, have yet to find a song I do not like on either album. A band that I cannot believe has not gotten more popular.

I was really worried that MB would change their sound too much, or that it would be a let-down after loving The Sound so much. Not so at all. This album ROCKS. Yet again, it's an album that I want to play from start to finish. My favorite song: To Protect (#9). It's near perfect. I wish more people knew about this group. They are excellent.
  • An amazing follow up!

I first purchased Mackintosh Braun's The Sound album and couldn't stop listening. It's rare to find an album where EVERY song is great! From that day on, I searched for a follow up. I had no idea this album was even coming out. Without a second thought I bought it and once again I AM AMAZED. I highly recommend this album. Mackintosh Braun does it again! Smooth sounds, relaxing flow, all and all a journey of the mind. I really recommend listening to this with headphones on while laying down with your eyes closed. A++
