If you Like Joe, you have to have this album. I bought the album along with Frampton's Fingerprints album and it's about all I listen to on my IPod. Genius!!

I just recently got into Joe's music. This was my first album. I bought a few songs I liked from his other albums. I guess I'm not a huge fan yet. I'm more into shred metal and heavy metal as of late, but this is cool to listen to. I love the first track.

I have to agree with TexBadger, this cd is very lacking in comparison to most of Joes other cds. The fusion guitar he tried to work in hurt and the keyboards ruined songs that would have been good.
  • Way to go Joe!

This is such a great sounding record. It's packed with one great riff after another. Joe is worthy of legend status. One of his best works. Love it!

I very much liked this body of work. Its fresh to me and still maintains the Satriani special nuances. This is worth your money.

Joe's albums: Have them all. Love them all. But this one really *moves*. It's unmistakably Joe, yet he's pushed himself to grow his stylistic vocabulary/repertoire in new directions, possibly more so than ever before, and the results couldn't be more fun to listen to. Your mileage may vary, but I keep catching myself smiling with admiration and delight at various directional twists and sensibilities in this song collection. Very glad I bought this album. Way to go, Joe!
  • His Best Yet

I have been listening to Joe S. since 1989 "Flying In A Blue Dream". I have to say this is his best. Sure there are some other great songs on earlier albums...and a couple even on this one that are only ok, but I am just amazed with some of these songs. "Light Years Away", "The Golden Room", and "Dream Room" are awesome..."Wormhole Wizards" and "Wind In The Trees" absolutely blow me away. I have probably listened to these two a hundred times and am still in awe. The "solos" are unbelievable. Highly recommended!

This is a great album. But if you're looking for the old Satch, he isn't here. This album is turned down and not as in your face as his others. The distortion is on half the gain and Satch is exploring a new softer side with BS&WW. I like that Satch decided to try a different vibe with this, because I can still listen to his old stuff at the same time.
