This song encapsulates what it is to grow up in an environment that's not welcome to being who you are. As a 32 year old man, It has taken me 10+ years to earn and feel the acceptance of much of my family. This song brings it all "home" and I'm thankful for the message it brings.

An "issue" song like this could easily have turned out cloying or cheesy. However, the heartfelt (and gorgeous) singing, the intelligent and straightforward lyrics, and the understated instrumentation make this a charity song I would have bought anyway.

What a BLESSING and what a talent Cheyenne Jackson is! This song is AMAZING! Cheyenne has not only talked the talk, but he has walked the walk for gay youth charities, even as his star continues to grow brighter and his schedule gets busier and busier. Besides his velvety voice and stunning good looks, he carries himself like a true gentleman and as a role model for America's youth, gay and straight. Thanks Cheyenne...and please continue your great work. You never know, but you may actually be saving lives that would be have otherwise snuffed themselves out. Your efforts do NOT go unnoticed, so thank you from the LGBT community and music theatre fans everywhere!

Couldn't wait for this to be released. The proceeds go to the wonderful Trevor Project which is such an important outlet for LGBT youth. You couldnt have a better representative of the gay community to sing it that the spectacular Cheyenne Jackson. Gorgeous!
