Look, it's just not very good. The arrangements are fine but the thin, expressionless electronic tones used for this make it feel cheap. Do it again with a small studio band and put in a judicious use of electronica and this would be a good (though not great) cover album. In this day and age of high end sampling and exacting technique, this throwback to a bygone era needs to be thrown back.

I bought the first two volumes on CD along time ago off of a bargain rack and was severely disappointed. Most of the tracks are TERRIBLE adaptions on some electro synthetic thingy. Search farther and find the originals or at least a decent version from the Boston or Cincinnation Pops orchestras!!!!

I was looking for the twilight zone theme and found this. It's just sad. I mean COME ON! It's way to slow, and the instruments aren't right, and it's way to slow, (yes, it deserves to be said again). Can't Itunes get the 40th Anniversary Album of Twilight Zone??
