And now I just wait to catch them live - if I don't see them live before summertime, I'm sure I'll catch up with them when they'll be headlining (and rocking) at various summer festivals this years! Buy the album straight away, you won't regret it!
- at least 4 1/2+ stars....

Admittedly, I was on the metaphorical fence deciding whether or not to buy this album. In the end, iTunes early exclusivity to the album made the temptation too great to resist...and I'm glad that it did. Lali Puna's Our Inventions is true to previous work, but also imbued with undertones reminiscent of a wide range of synth-pop influences. I can't help not feeling reminded of Stars, Styrofoam and Rusuden as I listen. (Weird combo, I know). If you find yourself teetering on the edge, I hope this review can convince you to give in to the impulse, and enjoy some truly serene new tunes.
- Beautiful.

I'm sort of new to Lali Puna. I had downloaded a few songs back in 2007 or so but I never got into them too much, since I was just finding out about what other kinds of music genres I enjoyed. It just so happened that Lali Puna finally had caught my attention randomly & I'm glad it happened. They're an exceptional band, definitely not like other bands I'm familiar with. They're soft, but with a hard hit of emotions and visuals through their soundscape-like music.
This album is refreshing, beautiful, emotional, clean cut, and most importantly, original. I would highly recommend buying this album. You won't regret it!
- FINALLY!
