Wow! This was always a stand alone record for me. Loved it, you will too. It has a lot of flavors, but is still Feat all the way. Just as good as "Let it Roll".
  • Absolutely a pure drumming "Feat"... Represented Very Well...

All Little Feat albums are "music to one's ears"... But in this drummer's ear, 'Mambo' along with 'Let It Roll' was Richie's greatest rock & funk work! Production was exceptional with a clean cracking snare drum & crisp, bright cymbals reflecting Richie's stand-out chops!! Richie Hayward was one helluva drummer... His pocket and groove was just perfection that made drummers nod their heads & tap their feet with him! Richie was taken way to early... I applaud him & his body of work that luckily lives on for us to still enjoy. RIP Richie... "Time Loves A Hero"
