  • Helps me keep my pace

One of my favorite things about Audiofuel's music is that it has consistent beats per minute instead of the mixes I make that change every few minutes. The coach reminds you to "lock onto the beat" and that's exactly what I do. It helps me zone out and the big plus: it helps me run at a consistent pace -- both at the beginning when I want to start faster than I should, and at the end when I'd normally slow down. If your running soundtrack is entertaining/distracting but doesn't help you run faster and longer, I'd recommend trying one of Audiofuel's CDs. This is a great one to start with since you can run 20, 30 ... up to 60 min without having to buy different CDs. There are beeps every 10 minutes to let you know how long you've been going, which I love.

I was looking for something with a nice mid range BPM and this was perfect. I like the music, the coaching and the timer lady. It all flows well together.

These tracks really make me move fast, the pace and sequence much better than the Nike's tracks. Enjoy!
