I heard a review and selected cuts of this album on NRR this afternoon and liked what I heard. These are compositions with a traditional sound, but a contemporary spin and very well performed. Choral music fans will not be disappointed.

The first thing most people would notice about this album is that it has a very soothing and enchanting feel to it. Powerful at times with the sound of very rich and harmonic sounding voices, accompanied some of the time with the very warm sound of the pipe organ. If you want to hear some excellent choir work, this album provides just that.
