Big Phony is the real deal.... A breath of fresh air

Not sure about the name since Big Phony feels like it doesn't fit with the music, but I am definitely sure about the music. It's tremendous. Kicking Punching Bags is an amazing collection of great songs. By and large, they are emotionally moving, touching, soothing, and highly addictive. You can easily imagine them appearing on the TV shows of Grey's Anatomy or Gossip Girl because they bring a layer of depth and vulnerability to any visual. My two favorite songs are Words That Define and Short Intermission, but several of the others are equally compelling. The great thing about his voice is that you know a Big Phony song when you hear it. His voice, style and signature are very distinct and unique. Throw in some very person, intimate and accessible songwriting and you have a winning formula. In a short amount of time, Big Phony has turned into the "real deal". Treat yourself and enjoy someone who should have a very long and successful career.
