    Perhaps it's hard to follow the success of her "Touch" hit, but this new one sounds less like J-Pop and more like "I want to sound like Mariah Carey" style, including English phrasing. The crossover trend among J-Pop artists like Utada and some K-Pop stars like BoA rubs away some of the uniqueness of the J-Pop style. There are some songs here that are pretty good and her voice is appealing, but I like her J-Pop style more.
