I agree with the previous reviwer. I loved this album when it came out and am very glad it re-surfaced recently. Alan was in the Animals, but the solo material he did (as on this album) was very personal, introspective, and a great choice if you are looking for something to sit back, relax, get into music about love and life. Undoubtedly you will want more of Mr. Price's music after you get this one.

This album came out in the early seventies, maybe 74 and they played and advertised it heavily on FM radio in New York since back then few people had heard of Alan Price. For those who don't know he was the leader of the Animals though he was only on the first couple albums. This album is sort of his Sgt Peppers and is one of the best pop-rock albums of all time. It was out of print until recently and the version I had was from a cassette I made of it in the seventies that I digitalized. It didn't sound bad but I am very happy to see the album available.
