I've been a fan since the 80's. Thunder in the East was the only album I had. Lightning Strikes sounds just as good! Love the guitar solos of Akira. I highly recommend the album to rocker fans! I may download more albums just to hear more guitar solos. If you want to hear them live, I suggest you check out their 30 year anniversary tour now!!

I loved loudness in the 80's. I had thunder in the east. When i went to Japan when I was 16 i bought the Japanese version of lightning strikes on tape and listened to it while traveling through Japan. This album kicks butt and is the best Loudness album ever!!

This was one my favorite tapes growing up. Loudness was way ahead of their time. Akira was amazing. Glad I tunes put it out.

this is 80's metal at it's best. the guitar work is awesome, you would never know that most of the band doesn't speak english. i would put this against alot of the music of this era any day of the week. i wore this tape out back in the day and have since worn out the cd. thanks itunes for bringing this back. i would highly recommend for anyone who loves 80's metal
